  • Pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are not permitted on the tour.

🔒 Full Payment Required:

  • Tour price: 12,000 KZT per person
  • A prepayment is required to reserve your spot, as seats are limited.

🔁 Cancellation Policy:

  • Refunds are available only if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the tour.
  • In case of timely cancellation, 10% will be withheld from the total amount.
  • If you register less than 72 hours in advance and do not show up or are late — no refund will be issued.
  • Reasons such as “leaving town,” “feeling unwell,” or other personal circumstances are not considered valid for a refund.

🌦️ Weather/Group Size Policy:

If the tour is cancelled due to weather conditions or insufficient group size, a full refund will be issued with no deductions.
